Craftworks Construction officially began in 2012, but owner Rolandas Reciuga has been running his own contracting business in Fairfield County for over a decade. He began his career in the construction field in 1997 and worked his way up, gaining valuable first-hand experience of the many different facets of the business. Rolandas is a first-rate problem solver and values loyalty amongst his staff and collaborators.

Our manager and foreman, Andrei Karaleu, also a skilled tradesman, has been partnered with Rolandas since the beginning. Their combined experience and history of working together to get the job done are at the core of the Craftworks Construction story.

Our team of subcontractors and an extended crew of trusted and loyal tradesmen is an integral part of our team. These lasting relationships enable us to work together efficiently in any circumstance and deliver results that speak for themselves.
