I recently had the pleasure of working with Roland and his team at Craftworks Construction on a home renovation project that included my kitchen, living room, and powder room. We cannot recommend Craftworks enough! We have basically gutted an older house and they have rebuilt it: removed walls, put in steel beams, gutted multiple bathrooms and kitchen, re-done floors, tiled, railings, replaced old doors, put in new siding, new windows, painted, plumbing, all new electrical, and switched over from oil heat to a 4 zone heat pump system- we have done the works with them. And we have been impressed with every person and subcontractor who has stepped foot in our house. Roland has assembled a team of responsible, knowledgeable, capable, intelligent crews who are pleasant to be around, clean up at the end of every single day, and show up exactly when they say they will. They are diligent, meticulous, hard-working, trouble shooting, capable, spot issues quickly, fix issues quickly, and we trust them all implicitly. We have made several decisions based on ‘what would Roland do if it were his home’ and designed our kitchen literally with their help, input and valued eyes for design and what works well- and it’s phenomenal! We can’t wait to have them come back for our mudroom, and would never consider working with a different contractor. Roland, Andrei, Sanda and all the crew are honestly going to be missed in our home!
We initially hired Craftsworks Construction, led by Roland Reciuga, to rebuild the cantilevered deck to our mid-century modern home. This was a tall order due to complications involving rotting rafters that ran through our lower level ceiling. Roland carefully & securely rebuilt the structure in the agreed timeframe using the utmost professionalism and skill level. Roland pays close attention to fine detail and has great patience when listening to a client’s ideas. The result is a stunning mahogany floating deck with cable railing. His work impressed us so much, we have since hired Roland & his Craftworks team to tile our entire lower level in slate, rebuild my art studio with custom shelving & lighting, and completely renovate our master bathroom. I highly recommend Roland & Craftworks Construction- they have a wide range of capabilities and their work is meticulous.
